All Trailers come with industry standard one-year manufacturing warranty on construction and fixtures.
Quality Construction
Our standard construction consists of 2x4 spruce stud walls with R12 insulation, R22 in floors & ceilings, engineered exterior siding, sloped roof, baseboard heaters, through wall a/c, 100 amp electrical panel, LED Lighting, vinyl slider windows, steel exterior doors, and tough commercial VCT floor tile. Each trailer is 32 inches above grade on a trailer chassis and supplied with CSA approved steel stairway entrances at each door access.
Finished Interior
Your interior will be equipped with adequate daylight through large windows on each side, heavy duty steel entrance and passage doors with deadbolt locks, decorative wall board, finish painted trim to match. Efficient and bright LED strip lighting, room to room ventilation, in-wall AC unit, and baseboard heating.
Door To Door Delivery
We provide safe and cost effective transportation for all sizes of our site office trailers from our Yard to Your Site. Setup of stairs, as well as onsite block and level is also available upon request.
Future relocation requests for your office trailer, or fleet of trailers is also welcomed.
